Pricing
All prices on our site are in Australian dollars, including GST unless otherwise indicated. Prices are not inclusive of delivery charges.

Payment
We accept payment via MasterCard, American Express and Visa. All of our credit card payments are made using at least SSL 128-bit encryption, and your details are not stored by us.

Delivery Fees
Shipping on all orders over AU$70 is free of charge.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and gladly accept returns on full price items within 14 days of the receipt of your package where the product meets the following criteria:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Labels and swing tags are still attached and intact.

To start a return, you can contact us at steve@rockandrollreligionau.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return is accepted, we offer either a replacement, full refund or credit note.*

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Warranties
To the extent of our legal obligations, Zacar Trading Pty Ltd(trading as Rock & Roll Religion, Manchester) excludes all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by us, other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Liabilities we have to you under Warranties, that are implied by statute and cannot be excluded are subject to limitations.

Limitation of Liability
In no event, to the limits of our legal obligation, will Zacar Trading Pty Ltd (trading as Rock & Roll Religion, Manchester) accept responsibility to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from the supply of goods or services via this website or the use of such goods or services by any person, including, without limitation, any lost profits or savings, damage to or loss of property or personal injury (including death), even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theories. In the event of the above exclusion of liability not being enforceable, or deemed invalid or ineffective it will be removed from the above terms and in its place a maximum aggregate liability for damages, losses and other amounts referred to in the above exclusion of liability under any cause of action referred to in the above exclusion of liability is limited to A$5.00.

Indemnity
In engaging with our services, you agree to indemnify, hold and defend our directors, employees, officers, contractors licensors and suppliers harmless from and against all proceedings, expenses, losses, damages and costs (whether special, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental) of any nature made by any other party arising or due to the violation of any of these Terms, any terms and policies it incorporates by reference, the rights of another party, any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation or due to or arising out of any activity related to goods and services supplied by us.

Agreement
The Terms and Conditions (including any terms or policies incorporated by reference) form the entirety of the agreement between you and Zacar Trading Pty Ltd (trading as Rock & Roll Religion, Manchester) regarding the matter. This agreement replaces and supersedes all and all prior communications.

Alterations

Zacar Trading Pty Ltd(trading as Rock & Roll Religion, Manchester) reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Alterations will be posted on this website, and we urge you to check the site and remain aware of any changes. Any alterations will only be applied to orders placed after the alterations have been published. Use of the site after alterations is deemed an acceptance of the changed terms and conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions are governed and written in reference to the law of New South Wales, Australia. The parties engaged in our services all submit the to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and its appellate courts.

The personal information you provide to us in the process of making your order, including contact details, will be retained, used and disclosed by us for the sole purpose of delivering your order.
